Grades 7–12Masconomet Regional

Masconomet Regional School (known locally as "Masco") serves students in grades 7–12 from Boxford, Middleton, and Topsfield. The middle school program (grades 7–8) offers a broad curriculum with extracurricular activities and athletics, while the high school (grades 9–12) is one of the top public high schools in Massachusetts, with AP and honors courses, varsity sports, and performing arts. The Masconomet Chieftains compete in the Cape Ann League.

🌿 Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School

Essex North Shore Aggie is a regional vocational-agricultural school serving students from 17 member towns — including Middleton. Students can choose from a wide range of technical and agricultural programs while earning a full high school diploma. Middleton students are eligible to apply for enrollment.
